What categories of data are processed?

  • Name and surnames
  • Email address, personal and/or professional
  • Telephone number/s, personal and/or professional
  • Any other information you provide through the free text fields included in the enabled forms and/or for the correct contracting of the requested service.

Purpose of the data processing

1. The personal data of our clients will be processed for the development and execution of the services requested and/or contracted, which include:

  • The adequate preparation of the requested proposal for services.
  • The management of contracting the requested services and the corresponding billing.
  • The maintenance of the contact to collect information or provide information about the contracted services and/or modifications to it.
  • The fulfillment of assumed contractual and commercial obligations and all legal obligations to be fulfilled by RAICH & VIA.
  • To know the degree of satisfaction with the services received.
  • The sending of electronic communications concerning activities, news, events, and news of the firm that may be of interest to you according to the nature of the service contracted and provided that you do not express your desire not to receive them under the protection of that permitted by Law 34/2002, of July 11, regarding the information society services and electronic commerce.

2. In relation to contact requests, the data will be processed to provide adequate management and attention to the request according to its nature.

Unless otherwise indicated, the requested data is necessary so that its non-contribution will impede the submission of the application in question.

RAICH & VIA participates in social media. The processing of the data of users who become followers (and/or make any link or connection action through social networks) of the official pages of RAICH & VIA on the social networks shall be governed by those Terms of Use, privacy policies, and other regulations of access, use, and similar that belong to the corresponding social network, which the user, as a participant of said social networks, will have previously accepted. Consequently, RAICH & VIA is not responsible for the personal information the user shares on social networks.

What is the legitimacy for processing the data?

The legitimacy regarding the treatment related to the development and execution of the requested and/or contracted services originates in the contractual relationship between the parties. For all other processing operations, the legal basis of the treatment is the consent given and the legitimate interest in maintaining the existing relationship.

How long does RAICH & VIA save the data?

The personal data processed by RAICH & VIA will be processed as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or the relationship between the parties continues in force and provided that the data owner does not express his opposition or revoke the consent given. Once this period has expired, and only if it is necessary in accordance with current regulations, the data will be kept duly blocked for the legally established periods.

To what recipients will the data be communicated?

RAICH & VIA will not transfer personal data to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation or for reasons related to the service offered by a service contract between RAICH & VIA and, where appropriate, the processor.

Rights of privacy

The users can exercise the following rights:

  • Access to the personal data being processed and the details of these processing operations.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Suppression in the cases provided for by the regulations
  • To the limitation of your data in the cases determined by law
  • To the portability of your data when the processing is automated and it finds its legal basis in a contractual relationship or in consent
  • Opposition to treatment in those cases permitted by law
  • Revocation, at any time, of the consent given
